Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Standard shipping within the United States is $9.86 per order. FREE shipping on orders over $100.

Why do we charge for shipping?

Many sellers who offer "free shipping" have already built that cost into the price of the item. We don't. Our prices are based on the item alone, so you only pay the actual cost of shipping, with no hidden fees.

• Save on shipping: orders over $100 ship FREE.
• Local to Berlin, NH? Choose FREE Local Meetup at checkout and pay no shipping at all.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Thrifters NH so we can assist.
